How do I sign in?

With Sign in with Apple. You don't need an account to try Carta. When you create one, your saved menus, recipes and notes follow you to a new iPhone.

I had a Menu SOS account on the web

Menu SOS became Carta, an iPhone app. Sign in with Apple using the same email address as your Menu SOS account, and Carta picks up your saved menus. If your Apple ID uses a different address, write to us and we'll help.

How do I delete my account and my data?

In the app, tap the account icon in the top-right corner, then Delete account. Your account, your menus and their photo extracts, your saved recipes and your notes are deleted. You can also write to privacy@carta-app.dk.

Allergens

Carta shows the EU's 14 allergens for every dish, and keeps what the menu states apart from what Carta infers from the dish. It is a help to read the menu, not a guarantee: kitchens change recipes and menus leave things out. If an allergy matters, always confirm with the staff.

Something went wrong with a scan?

Tell us the restaurant or the dish, and roughly when you scanned. Please don't send photos of people or personal documents.
